You do not need to wait for the app. The web app is built phone-first: big tap targets, a bottom tab bar, screenshot uploads straight from your gallery. To get an app-like experience right now:
- Open tapkoin.com in Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone).
- Tap the browser menu and choose “Add to Home screen”.
- Open Tapkoin from the new icon. It launches full-screen and stays logged in.
Proof screenshots work the same way in the browser: take the screenshot with your phone's usual buttons, then pick it from the gallery on the task page. Files up to 5 MB in JPEG, PNG or WebP are accepted, which covers every phone screenshot we have seen.

Installing an APK safely
When the APK is live, it will be served only from tapkoin.com with a published SHA-256 checksum. A few rules worth keeping whatever you install:
- Download only from this page. Copies on third-party APK sites may be modified.
- Android will warn about installing from an unknown source; that warning is normal for any app outside Google Play.
- Check the permissions on install. Our app needs internet and photo access for proof uploads, nothing else.
- Keep your login details to yourself. Tapkoin staff never ask for your password.

Earnings depend on the tasks available and your approved completions. Neither the app nor the website promises any level of income.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Android app required to earn?
No. Everything on Tapkoin works in the phone browser: tasks, quiz, captchas, wallet and referrals. The app is a convenience, not a requirement.
Will the app be on Google Play?
We plan to publish it on Google Play once it is approved there. Until then the APK will be offered here as a direct download with a checksum you can verify.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not planned for now. iPhone users can add tapkoin.com to the home screen from Safari (Share → Add to Home Screen) and it behaves like an app.
Does the app pay more than the website?
No. Tasks and rates are identical. Some app tasks may only be completable on Android because the app being tested is Android-only, but that is the same whether you use our app or the browser.
What permissions will the app ask for?
Only what a browser needs: internet access and the ability to pick a photo from your gallery for proof uploads. No contacts, no SMS, no location.
